  • Publication number: 20050288288
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods of preparing compounds of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1, R2, R4, and R7 have any of the values as defined in the specification. The compounds are useful as agents in the treatment of diseases, including inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. Also provided are compositions of crystalline 2-Chloro-N-(1-hydroxy-cycloheptylmethyl)-5-[4-(2R-hydroxy-3-methoxy-propyl)-3,5-dioxo-4,5-dihydro-3H-[1,2,4]triazin-2-yl]-benzamide comprising less than 2.5% residual organic solvent, and methods for preparing said compositions. Further provided are methods for crystallizing 2-Chloro-N-(1-hydroxy-cycloheptylmethyl)-5-[4-(2R-hydroxy-3-methoxy-propyl)-3,5-dioxo-4,5-dihydro-3H-[1,2,4]triazin-2-yl]-benzamide.

  • Publication number: 20050192298
Abstract: Crystal forms of E-2-Methoxy-N-(3-{4-[3-methyl-4-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-phenylamino]-quinazolin-6-yl}-allyl)-acetamide. A crystal form is useful in the synthesis of salts and complexes of E-2-Methoxy-N-(3-{4-[3-methyl-4-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-phenylamino]-quinazolin-6-yl}-allyl)-acetamide. A crystal form also improves stability of tabletted or capsuled E-2-Methoxy-N-(3-{4-[3-methyl-4-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-phenylamino]-quinazolin-6-yl}-allyl)-acetamide as a drug product.

  • Publication number: 20040153356
Abstract: The present invention provides systems and methods for automation and enhancement of customer service in vehicle distress situations. A typical process according to the present invention involves the detection of a vehicle distress event. Once a distress event is detected, a response plan is generated based upon at least the detected event. The response plan is then acted upon in an automated fashion to provide an enhanced service experience for the customer.
    Type: Application
    Filed: December 30, 2003
    Publication date: August 5, 2004
Inventors: Robert Farrell Lockwood, David Scott Kerven, Gregory Max Oman, Verne Ewald Purvines, David Robert Small, Laurie Oldham Smith, Mitchell Franklin White, Jason Leonard Wrather

  • Patent number: 6507828
Abstract: A neuron circuit including means for synaptic modification is described. The circuit emulates the electrical behaviors of the neuron membrane, dendrite, and synapse, using principles based on the actual biology. In one embodiment, the circuit is implemented as an analog very large scale integrated (VLSI) circuit which utilizes CMOS integrated circuit technology. The analog VLSI circuit includes a synapse circuit having a circuit portion which models a mechanism for the modification of the synaptic conductance.
