    Abstract: An exercise device uses a vertically oriented member with multiple sheaves. Each sheave may be disposed around three different heights of the vertical member. A first sheave may be disposed substantially at a first end of the member. A second sheave may be disposed substantially at second end of the member. A third sheave may be disposed substantially at the center of the member. A flexible line may be connected to a weight at one end of the line, and the flexible line is then threaded through at least two of the first sheave, second sheave or third sheave.
