  • Publication number: 20240136046
Abstract: In one or more implementations, a method and system are disclosed in which at least one processor receives information associated with an upcoming arthroplasty and demographic factors of a patient in the upcoming arthroplasty. The processor(s) access i) procedure information representing arthroplasty previously performed for each of a plurality of patients and ii) implant information representing types and sizes of implants from a plurality of manufacturers. Further, the processor(s) determine respective unadjusted probabilities of each of a plurality of implant size options within a range of implant sizes, based on i) of at least one statistical model, ii) the accessed procedure information and the implant information, and iii) the demographic factors of the patient.

  • Patent number: 11920347
Abstract: A joist assembly system that is structured for dynamic retrieval of components, dynamic and precise positioning and location of retrieved components, assembly of the components to form a joist, and delivery of the assembled joist. The joist assembly system has a plurality of material handling systems, a plurality of welding systems, and a rigging table system. The material handling systems are structured to load and position the components such as chords and webs onto the rigging table. The rigging table in turn supports the chords or webs. Subsequently, the plurality of welding systems weld the webs to the chords to form the joist.

  • Patent number: 10967907
Abstract: A vehicle front end structure includes an engine cradle and a force receiving structure. The engine cradle has a front corner and an engine mounted to the engine cradle. The force receiving structure has a force receiving surface extending laterally outboard from proximate the front corner of the engine cradle and a force directing section located rearward of the force receiving surface. The force receiving structure is installed to the engine cradle by a vertically oriented first mechanical fastener designed and structured such that during an impact event where an impacting force is applied to the force receiving surface, the force receiving structure pivots about the first mechanical fastener with an outboard portion of the force receiving surface initially moving rearward relative to the engine cradle and the force directing section initially moving laterally inboard contacting the engine and imparting a portion of the impacting force thereto.

  • Patent number: 10343560
Abstract: An apparatus for covering a child car seat attachment anchor includes a sleeve that is formed in a single piece, a slot in a first face of the sleeve that defines an opening extending towards a second face of the sleeve opposing the first face, and a rib of the sleeve located at an end of the opening forming a retention surface for the child car seat attachment anchor. The sleeve has an outer shape forming a quadrilaterally faced hexahedron. The retention surface extends in parallel with the second face. The apparatus can be used to cover an ISOFIX wire that extends from a seat crevasse.
