Abstract: A method of operating a cooling system including at least two water cooling circuits, an analyzer/controller configured to analyze water in the at least two water cooling circuits and solenoid valves operably connected to the at least two water cooling circuits. The method comprising opening solenoid valves associated with a first water cooling circuit of the at least two water cooling circuits to allow cooling water to flow to the analyzer/controller, detecting if the cooling water comprises one or more impurities above one or more predetermined thresholds and treating the cooling water if the analyzer/cooler detects one or more impurities in the cooling water above one or more predetermined thresholds.

Abstract: Systems and methods for interfacing an artillery unit control panel emulator with a collective training environment are disclosed. One method includes reading output data including one or more output data segments generated by the artillery unit control panel emulator. The method includes examining the output data to identify a trigger event in the one or more output data segments. The method includes extracting details regarding the trigger event from the one or more output data segments. The method includes creating a message indicative of the trigger event and including the details regarding the trigger event. The method includes sending, via a communication interface, the message to a device within the collective training environment.

Abstract: A voice-controlled training unit for conducting fire training and/or operation of an artillery unit may include a communication interface, a memory, and a processing unit communicatively coupled with the communication interface and the memory. The processing unit may be configured to cause the voice-controlled training unit to detect spoken speech, and to determine that the spoken speech includes a command that is related to operation of the artillery unit. The processing unit may be further configured to cause the voice-controlled training unit to generate a message indicative of the command, in accordance with a protocol of a distributed computer simulation standard, and send, via the communication interface, the message indicative of the command to a remote simulation system.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein address these and other issues by enabling rocket/missile artillery unit integration into the TES environment without the need to incorporate anything into the existing fire control system of the rocket/missile artillery units. Embodiments include a vibration sensor, orientation sensors, and a military communications unit, where the vibration sensor detects the vibrational signature of the “ARM” switch of the artillery unit and informs the military communications device that the launcher is “engaged.” The military communications unit can obtain orientation from the orientation sensors and pass engagement data (and orientation) to TES backend.
