Patent number: 11911003Abstract: A computer-assisted surgical system simultaneously provides visible light and alternate modality images that identify tissue or increase the visual salience of features of clinical interest that a surgeon normally uses when performing a surgical intervention using the computer-assisted surgical system. Hyperspectral light from tissue of interest is used to safely and efficiently image that tissue even though the tissue may be obscured in the normal visible image of the surgical field. The combination of visible and hyperspectral images are analyzed to provide details and information concerning the tissue or other bodily function that were not previously available.Type: GrantFiled: September 8, 2017Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: Intuitive Surgical Operations, Inc.Inventors: Ian E. McDowall, Jeffrey M. DiCarlo, Brian D. Hoffman, William Jason Culman

Patent number: 11055339Abstract: Displaying contact-related information is disclosed. An association between a contact address not specific to a source of contact-related information and an identity of an entity at the source of contact-related information may be determined. Information representing the association between the contact address and the identity of the entity at the source of contact-related information is stored. The information representing the association is stored at a node associated with a service configured to use the information representing the association to retrieve from the source of contact-related information a response data associated with the entity in response to an expression of interest in a contact with which the contact address is associated.Type: GrantFiled: February 5, 2019Date of Patent: July 6, 2021Assignee: SUGARCRM INC.Inventors: Somrat Niyogi, Jason McDowall, Pushkar Singh, Andreas Sandberg, Wiebke Poerschke

Patent number: 9535967Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus provide efficient and complex database functionality for an electronic device, e.g. a mobile device. These mechanisms and methods for providing efficient and complex database functionality to an electronic device can enable embodiments to provide quick access to certain data using a local application and seamless access within the local application to other data and complex presentation formats that are supplied by a server. The ability of embodiments to provide this hybrid functionality can enable users of the electronic devices to be more productive.Type: GrantFiled: September 10, 2009Date of Patent: January 3, 2017Assignee: salesforce.com, inc.Inventors: Ron Pragides, Simon Fell, Jason Schroeder, Pierpaolo Bergamo, Allen Wittman, Siddhartha Singh, Deepak Kothule, Jason McDowall

Publication number: 20160098736Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for suggestion processing in a customer relationship management (CRM) computing system is provided. The method includes communicatively coupling a pre-processor to different data sources of CRM related data of a CRM computing system and monitoring by the pre-processor the different data sources. In response to detecting changes in one or more of the different data sources, the pre-processor identifies different correlated actions to be suggested in connection with the detected changes, rates each of the correlated actions according to a combination of individual importance metrics computed for the correlated actions, filters the rated correlated actions to a subset based upon one or more filtering rules and presents in a user interface to the pre-processor each remaining correlated action along with a user interface control adapted to respond to activation by directing the CRM computing system to perform a corresponding correlated action.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 7, 2015Publication date: April 7, 2016Inventors: Jason McDowall, Somrat Niyogi, Wiebke Poerschke, Andreas Sandberg, Yuk Lai Suen, Nebojsa Vislavski
