The cabinet's housing has a cavity, a door configured both to close to cover the cavity and to open to expose the cavity, and shelves extending horizontally across the cavity. The charging device is positioned within the cavity and includes a housing, a charger for charging an electronic device, a receiving portion configured to hold the electronic device upright, a light source configured to shine through at least a portion of the device housing to illuminate the cavity of the cabinet housing, and an electrical outlet.
