  • Publication number: 20240086014
Abstract: An electronic device may have a display with touch sensors. One or more shielding layers may be interposed between the display and the touch sensors. The shielding layers may include shielding structures such as a conductive mesh structure and/or a transparent conductive film. The shielding structures may be actively driven or passively biased. In the active driving scheme, one or more inverting circuits may receive a noise signal from a cathode layer in the display and/or from the shielding structures, invert the received noise signal, and drive the inverted noise signal back onto the shielding structures to prevent any noise from the display from negatively impacting the performance of the touch sensors. In the passive biasing scheme, the shielding structures may be biased to a power supply voltage.

  • Publication number: 20190081718
Abstract: An improved automated media scheduling system includes a conditional scheduler operating in cooperation with the at least one master scheduler to obtain a contextual condition associated with a conditional media item, and devoid of entity identification information. Satisfying the contextual condition is a prerequisite to pairing the conditional media item with another media item. The conditional scheduler obtains an original schedule generated by the master scheduler, identifies a scheduled media item, from the original schedule, that satisfies the contextual condition, pairs the conditional media item and the scheduled media item to generate a media item pair, and transmits a proposed scheduling change, including the media item pair, to the master scheduler. The master scheduler evaluates the proposed scheduling change for compliance with scheduling rules.

  • Publication number: 20090240585
Abstract: A method can include transmitting buying criteria to a remote user, receiving buying criteria inputs corresponding to the transmitted buying criteria, and computing a quote of providing the advertising placements based on the buying criteria inputs. The buying criteria inputs can specify an advertiser request to buy advertising placements on at least two remotely located media outlets. The method can associate an identifier to the quote, transmit the quote, store the identifier and the quote in an enterprise database, determine at least one quote acceptance constraint based on predetermined criteria, receive an acceptance communication in response to the quote, approve the acceptance communication based on the at least one quote acceptance constraint, and transmit instructions of advertising placements to the associated at least one remotely located media outlet. The approval can be associated with at least one remotely located media outlet.
