    Abstract: Disclosed is an assembly for holding and dispensing a flowable consumer product, wherein the assembly comprises a bottle and a cover assembly, wherein the bottle and the cover assembly are configured to be threadedly engaged in a manner such that rotation of the cover assembly with respect to the bottle is permitted in a first direction and restricted in an opposite, second direction and wherein the cover assembly includes a first seal which is configured to be engaged with an inner surface of the bottle and wherein the cover assembly includes a second seal having a downward projection which engages with an upper surface of the bottle.
