  • Patent number: 11063925
Abstract: Techniques are described for client registration for authorizing an aggregator service to access data on behalf of an application, through self-registration of an application client identifier and issuance of authorization token(s) based on the application client identifier. Implementations provide a technique for dynamic client registration that avoids the need for manual vetting and manual generation of the client credential grant. Additionally, the implementations described herein enforce domain values around the scope and/or purpose of the client grant. This allows for support of application providers through a single point of registration that supports multi-layer and channel. This also allows for support of a scalable authorization solution for any suitable number of clients. The dynamic client registration process adds an additional layer of security through the OAuth client grant and mutual authentication.

  • Patent number: 11044458
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for generating three-dimensional (3D) images of a scene. According to an aspect, a method includes capturing a real-time image and a first still image of a scene. Further, the method includes displaying the real-time image of the scene on a display. The method also includes determining one or more properties of the captured images. The method also includes calculating an offset in a real-time display of the scene to indicate a target camera positional offset with respect to the first still image. Further, the method includes determining that a capture device is in a position of the target camera positional offset. The method also includes capturing a second still image. Further, the method includes correcting the captured first and second still images. The method also includes generating the three-dimensional image based on the corrected first and second still images.

  • Patent number: 11036759
Abstract: Systems and methods described herein provide selective synchronization of DNS records. A synchronization data store is synchronized by: obtaining a complete set of domain name system (DNS) records for a first data center; and copying the complete set of DNS records to the synchronization data store. After the synchronization data store is initialized, at a particular time interval, a snapshot of the complete set of DNS records is repeatedly collected. Differences between the copied complete set of DNS records of the synchronization data store and the snapshot of the complete set of DNS records are identified. The synchronization data store is updated with the differences and a determination is made as to whether the differences should be implemented at a second data center. When the differences should be implemented at the second data center, the differences are propagated to the second data center, otherwise they are not.

  • Patent number: 11008228
Abstract: A method of removing organic carbon and other contaminants from a water stream. The method comprises screening large solids from the stream. Pre-oxidation chemicals may then be added. A coagulant is fed into the stream. An activated carbon, preferably formed from lignite, is added by pumping a highly concentrated activated carbon slurry into the stream. The stream, including the activated carbon and coagulant, next flows into a clarifier, where the coagulant will flocculate and enmesh the activated carbon. The activated carbon adsorbs organic carbon and other contaminants, including bacteria, pharmacological agents, and hydrocarbons, as the stream flows through the clarifier. Eventually, the flocculate will agglomerate and settle out in the clarifier, where it, the enmeshed carbon, and the contaminants they contain may be removed. The stream's organic carbon content exiting the clarifier will be much reduced. Accordingly, less primary oxidizing agent will be needed to treat any remaining organic carbon.

  • Patent number: 11002119
Abstract: A method and apparatus according to which a perforating gun includes a first detonation train and a second detonation train. The first detonation train is detonable to perforate a wellbore proximate a subterranean formation. The first detonation train includes a first detonating fuse and a perforating charge ballistically connected to the first detonating fuse. The second detonation train is detonable to increase an internal energy of the perforating gun after detonation of at least a portion of the first detonation train. The second detonation train includes a second detonating fuse ballistically connected to the first detonating fuse. In some embodiments, increasing the internal energy of the perforating gun after detonating the at least a portion of the first detonation train decreases and/or delays pressure drawdown within the wellbore.
