Abstract: In various embodiments, the disclosure relates to a system for locating storm and/or waste water to a subsurface region. The system can be sized to replace, in some instances, retention ponds and to increase developable square footage on a region of land. The system can include a conduit for directing a volume of storm and/or waste water to a subsurface region located at least as deep as the aquifer layer. The system can be sized to handle a volume of water generated during a 100 year storm. In certain embodiments, the subsurface region is located directly below a land structure (e.g., a building structure).

Abstract: Provided herein are adeno-associated virus (AAV) compositions that can express a phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH) polypeptide in a cell, thereby restoring the PAH gene function. Also provided are methods of use of the AAV compositions, and packaging systems for making the AAV compositions.

Abstract: Methods and systems disclosed herein provide drug pricing information for display on a graphical user interface (GUI). The methods and systems may receive an electronic request that includes a first set of information from an electronic device. The first set of information automatically captures user identification from a valid identification card, and includes a prescription drug and omits a second set of information corresponding to a prescription for the prescription drug. A cash price and a secondary price for variations in the prescription drug dosage are determined, and adjustments to the variation in drug dosage reduce the cash price and the secondary price. The lowest cash price and the lowest secondary price is identified for each variation in dosage of the prescription drug, and the lowest price of the prescription drug for a particular dosage is selected and displayed via the GUI executing on the electronic device.

Abstract: Methods and systems disclosed herein provide drug pricing information for display on a graphical user interface (GUI) for a user. The methods and systems may receive an electronic request from an electronic device associated with the user, wherein the electronic request includes a first set of information that identifies the user and a prescription drug and omits a second set of information corresponding to a prescription for the prescription drug; transmit the first set of information to a database management module; determine, by bypassing transmission of the second set of information to the database management module, the drug pricing information for the prescription drug; and generate, in response to the electronic request, a notification that includes the drug pricing information for display via the GUI executing on the electronic device. The drug pricing information can include a cash price, a co-pay price, and/or a membership price for the prescription drug.
