  • Patent number: 11992622
Abstract: A humidification system for delivering humidified gases to a user can include a heater base, humidification chamber having an inlet, outlet, and associated fluid conduit, and breathing circuit including a supply conduit, inspiratory conduit, and optional expiratory conduit. The humidification system can include various features to help make set-up less difficult and time-consuming. For example, the supply conduit, inspiratory conduit, and optional expiratory conduit can be coupled into a one-piece circuit to aid set-up. Various components can be color-coded and can have corresponding structures to indicate which components should be connected to one another during set-up. Such features can also help make the set-up process more intuitive for an operator, which can reduce the need for specialized training and reduce the number of potential errors.

  • Publication number: 20240070583
Abstract: The online concierge system generates task units based on orders and assigns batches of task units to pickers. The online concierge system generates task units based on received orders. The online concierge system generates permutations of these task units to generate candidate sets of task batches. The online concierge system scores each of these candidate sets, and selects a set of task batches to assign to pickers based on the scores. Additionally, to determine which task UI to display to the picker, the picker client device uses a UI state machine. The UI state machine is a state machine where each state corresponds to a task UI to display on the picker client device. The state transitions between the UI states of the UI state machine indicate which UI state to transition to from a current UI state based on the next task unit in the received task batch.

  • Patent number: 11894288
Abstract: A pressure relief valve for a two-phase immersion cooling system is configured to support fluid flow rates up to 500 cfm, 550 cfm, 600 cfm, or even 2000 cfm. This, in turn, allows the cooling system to support computing systems with a power density greater than 250 kW. This is accomplished by the valve having a relatively large passage (e.g., 2-6 inch diameter), a relatively large spring (e.g., 1.5-1.7 inch diameter), and a guide rod rigidly coupled to the poppet and slidably coupled to a guide plate. The valve may be used as an outlet valve and coupled to an adsorbent chamber to reduce the loss of coolant from the system as air is vented to an ambient environment. The valve may be used as an inlet valve and coupled to an adsorbent chamber to reduce the intake of water vapor as air from the ambient environment flows into the system.

  • Publication number: 20240010492
Abstract: The invention includes a gas processing system for transforming a hydrocarbon-containing inflow gas into outflow gas products, where the system includes a gas delivery subsystem, a plasma reaction chamber, and a microwave subsystem, with the gas delivery subsystem in fluid communication with the plasma reaction chamber, so that the gas delivery subsystem directs the hydrocarbon-containing inflow gas into the plasma reaction chamber, and the microwave subsystem directs microwave energy into the plasma reaction chamber to energize the hydrocarbon-containing inflow gas, thereby forming a plasma in the plasma reaction chamber, which plasma effects the transformation of a hydrocarbon in the hydrocarbon-containing inflow gas into the outflow gas products, which comprise acetylene and hydrogen. The invention also includes methods for the use of the gas processing system.

  • Publication number: 20230330668
Abstract: A microphysiological system (MPS) includes at least one first inlet for receiving a fluid medium. The MPS includes a brain module comprising brain tissue. The MPS includes a blood-brain-barrier (BBB) module comprising BBB tissue, the BBB module configured to receive the fluid medium. The MPS includes a crosstalk channel between the brain module and the BBB module, the crosstalk channel configured to promote a bidirectional crosstalk between the brain tissue and the BBB tissue in response to receiving the fluid medium at the BBB module. The MPS is configured for treating the brain tissue and the BBB tissue with a drug or a combination of drugs to determine a phenotypic effect and a transcriptomic effect of the drug. A drug perturbation is related to the phenotypic effect and the transcriptomic effect based on kinetic optimization.
