Abstract: This disclosure provides a method for application management including identifying a list of applications, inserting one or more automation schedules for one or more applications of the list of applications into a database, running the one or more automation schedules, identifying one or more instance activity, scheduling a time for the one or more instance activity to occur, and sending a notification to an application user, wherein the notification alerts a user to the scheduled time for the one or more instance activity and a user may choose to change the scheduled time. A system is also provided including an application management module, wherein the application management module includes a dashboard comprising one or more selectable elements for management of one or more applications, wherein application management comprises scheduling and notifying a user of one or more instance activity.
