Abstract: A system for contracting for the provision of outsourced technology services, includes a database of services and corresponding practices for performing at least some of the services. A module is provided which enable selection of services required by a client from the database and assignment of parties responsible for delivering the selected services. A further module is arranged to prepare a contract schedule in accordance with the selected services and responsible parties. The system may also enable definition of environments of the client and metrics governing the services required by the client.
