  • Publication number: 20150206156
Abstract: Systems and methods for processing natural language survey responses are provided herein. Methods may include providing to a client a survey that comprises questions which are designed to elicit responses from a customer regarding customer satisfaction with a product, service, or provider, wherein the survey includes a graphical user interface for displaying the questions, the GUI comprising a speech input interface for at least one question, receiving from a client a natural language response for the at least one question, performing a textual analysis of the natural language response to determine textual content and a sentiment for the natural language response, and returning to the client the textual content, which is displayed on the GUI proximate the at least one question.

  • Publication number: 20140229237
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for survey management is disclosed. Purchase data is received via a computer network from a first digital device coupled to the computer network. A targeted survey is generated based on the purchase data. A web link associated with the targeted survey is transmitted to a second digital device coupled to the computer network. A survey response is received via the web link from the second digital device. A weight is assigned to the survey response. The weighted survey response is transmitted for display on a third device coupled to the network.

  • Publication number: 20140114725
Abstract: Systems and methods for processing alert communications are provided herein. Some exemplary methods may include processing alert communications on a mobile client computing device, where the mobile client computing device having a mobile survey management application. The method may also include executing instructions stored in memory to: capture at least a portion of an electronic mail alert communication provided to the mobile client computing device, the electronic mail alert communication being provided to the mobile client computing device by a survey management application of an application server, to establish an active issue within the mobile survey management application, and provide notification to the survey management application that the active issue has been resolved.

  • Publication number: 20100262463
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for management of a survey response associated with a score is disclosed. Exemplary systems and methods include a processor, a computer readable storage medium having instructions for execution by the processor, and the processor executing the instructions on the computer readable storage medium to transmit a survey response associated with a score for display on a network device. If the score of the survey response is below a threshold, the processor transmits an issue report for display on the network device. The processor also transmits a calculated value for display on the network device, the calculated value based at least in part on the score associated with the survey response. In a further exemplary system and method, the processor transmits for display on the network device a quantity representing a number of survey responses that may have their associated score deducted from the calculated value.
