Patent number: 12264536Abstract: A motorized roller shade configured to connect to a power over Ethernet network includes a motor for rotating the shade to roll and unroll shade material to and from a roller tube to raise and lower the shade. A rechargeable battery positioned in the roller tube provides power to the motor and to logic and control circuitry also positioned within the roller tube. The logic and control circuitry charges the battery though power derived from the power over Ethernet network, and controls the operation of the motor to achieve a desired target velocity. Synchronized operation of multiple motorized roller shades is achieved though autonomous operation of the shades by their corresponding logic and control circuitry. In exemplary embodiments, a lighting element controlled by the logic and control circuitry allows controlled lighting of the shade.Type: GrantFiled: June 28, 2018Date of Patent: April 1, 2025Assignee: Wideband Labs, LLCInventors: Ryan Edward Chacon, Jason Turner, Joshua Amos Carrier

Publication number: 20250021982Abstract: A system is provided which includes a plurality of users, each having a mobile Web3 node associated therewith, wherein each mobile Web3 node is equipped with a tangible, non-transient memory device having a set of software instructions recorded. The software instructions, when executed by at least one compute processor, perform the steps of establishing a hardware root of trust, establishing a biometric binding which is unique among the mobile Web3 nodes, and creating an AI with a user interface. The user interface receives input from a user and uses the input to generate privacy preserved zero-ID transactions, and to create a private chain network on the mobile Web3 node to establish and secure a P2P control channel for all communication with at least some of the plurality of users.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 20, 2024Publication date: January 16, 2025Inventors: Santosh Devaraj, William Jason Turner, Aiden Herbert

Publication number: 20240346136Abstract: Systems and methods are described for automated threat detection. For example, the system receives labels that are generated by an unsupervised machine learning model. Using the labels, the system initiates a training process of a supervised machine learning model using the set of labels from the unsupervised machine learning model. The supervised machine learning model can generate a set of clustered data during an inference process. The supervised machine learning model can be updated and stored in a model data store for future inference processes on new data.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 15, 2023Publication date: October 17, 2024Applicant: Entanglement, Inc.Inventors: Haibo WANG, Richard T. HENNIG, John LISTER, Jason TURNER, Rajesh Chawla

Publication number: 20240233424Abstract: A system and method for extracting data from a received fax from a medical provider and matching it with a corresponding preauthorization record using modeling techniques. A received fax is converted into text via OCR, relevant keys are extracted from the text using modeling techniques and differential probabilities are calculated for each key that are then compared to the candidate preauthorization records using logistic regression models to find the most probable matching candidate records. Candidate record matches are ranked by matching probability and the highest ranked candidate record is considered the matching record to the received fax.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 10, 2023Publication date: July 11, 2024Inventors: Molu Shi, Greg Hayworth, Arun Jalanila, Michael Gayhart, Cam Whitelaw, Jason Turner

Publication number: 20240163298Abstract: Systems and methods are described for automated threat detection. For example, the system receives various types of unlabeled data and determines, through an unsupervised machine learning model, a label for the data. The labels are provided to a supervised machine learning model during a first training process. When new data is received, the supervised machine learning model is executed during an inference process to cluster the new data in accordance with the labels that were determined by the unsupervised machine learning model. In some examples, a label audit process may be implemented to update the cluster/output of the supervised machine learning model. The updated labels from the label audit process may be provided back to the supervised machine learning model during a second training process. In other words, the system may combine the unsupervised machine learning model with a supervised machine learning model to perform automated threat detection.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 15, 2023Publication date: May 16, 2024Applicant: Entanglement, Inc.Inventors: Haibo WANG, Richard T. Publication number: 20220341259Abstract: A motorized roller shade configured to connect to a power-over-Ethernet network includes a motor for rotating the shade to roll and unroll shade material to and from a roller tube to raise and lower the shade. A bank of ultra-capacitors positioned in the roller tube provides power to the motor and to logic and control circuitry also positioned within the roller tube. The logic and control circuitry charges the ultra-capacitors though power derived from the power-over-Ethernet network, without any power-over-Ethernet switches in the network to provide additional power, and controls the operation of the motor to achieve a desired target velocity. Publication number: 20210016525Abstract: Disclosed herein is a reinforced panel. The reinforced panel is produced by a process that comprises applying a reinforcing fiber material, comprising a first polymeric material, to only a portion of a panel sheet, comprising a second polymeric material. The process also comprises, after applying the reinforcing fiber material to the panel sheet, thermoforming both the second polymeric material of the panel sheet and the first polymeric material of the reinforcing fiber material. The thermoforming integrally couples the panel sheet with the reinforcing fiber material to produce the reinforced panel by fusion bonding the first polymeric material with the second polymeric material.
