  • Publication number: 20260157751
Abstract: The surgical instrument includes a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end is opposite the proximate end and is defined by a tube. The tube defines at least a first member and a second member. The first member and the second member are movable between a first state and a second state, and in the second state, the first member is spaced apart from the second member.

  • Publication number: 20260123932
Abstract: This disclosure details a surgical device configured to deliver multiple implants or tools, including corresponding techniques, assemblies, systems, and methods, for using the surgical device. A surgical device according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a main handle, a main shaft, an inserter partially within the main shaft, and an implant adjacent a distal end of the inserter. The surgical device is configured such that the implant is moveable from a retracted position within the main shaft to an intermediate position within the main shaft by distal movement of the inserter relative to the main handle. Further, the surgical device is configured such that the implant is moveable from the intermediate position to a deployed position distal of the main shaft by relative movement of the main shaft and the main handle.

  • Publication number: 20250281173
Abstract: A knotless suture assembly may include a repair suture which may have a first and a second end. The first end may be coupled to a first needle. The knotless suture assembly may also include a shuttle suture. The shuttle suture may have a first end coupled to the first needle and a second end coupled to a second needle. The shuttle suture may include a shuttling feature, and the first end of the repair suture may be configured to engage the shuttling feature during a shuttling process. The knotless suture assembly may include a locking feature. The repair suture may be configured to engage the locking feature during the shuttling process. The locking feature may be configured to retain the repair suture under tension in response to the shuttling process.

  • Publication number: 20250134542
Abstract: A surgical apparatus includes an elongated probe extending from a proximal handle portion to a distal jaw. In operation, the distal jaw may be actuated via an actuator assembly in connection with the handle portion. The distal jaw may be utilized to manipulate or grasp patient tissue, sutures, or various objects associated with a procedure that may be encountered in a patient cavity. An imaging device is in connection with the probe proximal to the distal jaw. In operation, the imaging device may capture image data in a field of view distally directed from the elongated probe. The image data captured in the field of view may assist an operator in targeting objects to be grasped or clamped within the distal jaw while avoiding unintentional contact with neighboring tissue within the patient cavity.
