The recommendation data is generated from demographic, activity, temporal, analytics, and biometric data, received from the manual capture data, the real-time tracking data, and the remote data inputs.

A controllable temperature element is positioned on an upper surface of the heat sink member. A spreader member is positioned on an upper surface of the controllable temperature element. An upper surface of the spreader member is positioned above an upper surface of the cover member to contact a user's body part. The controllable temperature element is configured to transfer thermal energy to a lower surface of the spreader member. A base portion that includes an electrical connector is secured under the electrical recess.
