Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying a potential buyer of real estate from real estate transaction public records, comprising identifying two or more real estate transaction public records that include matching buyers and different property addresses; identify real estate listings having at least some transaction attributes matching those of the two or more real estate transaction public records; and identifying the buyer included in the two or more real estate transaction public records as a potential buyer of property associated with the real estate listing(s). Systems and methods for identifying a potential buyer of real estate from real estate transaction public records and matching the potential buyer with an available real estate listing, comprising identifying contact information for a potential buyer selected from a plurality of real estate transaction public records; and notifying the potential buyer of available real estate listing(s) having matching transaction attributes.

Abstract: An adjustable curling iron is disclosed comprising a handle assembly comprising a proximal end configured to receive a power supply; a distal end; and one or more switches mounted on the surface of the handle; a heating rod comprising a first end and a second end; a cylindrical housing extending from the first end toward the second end; a tip positioned at the second end; and a heating element connected to the power supply and extending within the cylindrical housing along its length; and a coupling assembly configured to engage the distal end of the handle assembly and the first end of the heating rod, and further configured to adjust the position of the heating rod from a first position, wherein a longitudinal axis of the heating rod is substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the handle assembly, to a second position, wherein an angle formed between the longitudinal axis of the heating rod and the longitudinal axis of the handle assembly is between 90 degrees and 150 degrees.

Abstract: A hair dryer is provided that includes a touch-sensitive display screen responsive to a computer-based control processor. The control processor is configured with control logic to execute adjustment of dryer operating parameters in response to input received from the touch-sensitive screen, where the operating parameters include at least one of air temperature, air speed and ion content.
