Abstract: A system for connecting the waterproofing with a drain pipe in indoor wet areas, suitable for being used in a main part of a drain that is in turn equipped with a discoidal plane wherein and on which a waterproofing sheet is positioned and attached, which includes an adhesive sealing means interposed between the aforementioned discoidal plane of the main part and the waterproofing sheet and said waterproofing sheet thus being arranged on and pressing on the adhesive sealing means, and includes a secondary part and a securing ring, wherein the secondary part entails a connection and support for a grid, wherein the securing ring is arranged uniformly on the waterproofing sheet when said waterproofing sheet is pressing on the adhesive sealing means in turn arranged between the discoidal plane and the waterproofing sheet itself, both the secondary part and the securing ring being coupled and interlocked with each other.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, a solution is provided that decouples an IVR component from a voice media server, which allows the voice media server to be geographically placed in a location most beneficial to keep digital voice file transmission to a minimum (thus saving bandwidth), while allowing the IVR component to be geographically located anywhere without negatively impacting the bandwidth usage. An additional benefit is that by decoupling the IVR component from the voice media server, the IVR component can be implemented in a way that lets it work with multiple redundant voice media servers simultaneously, allowing one of the voice media servers to become unavailable without impacting service.

Abstract: The invention relates to a thermolysis system and method for obtaining recovered carbon black and fuel from disused tires, which includes a thermolysis reactor and a flash vessel acting jointly to refine fuel without the need for post-treatment to clean same. During thermolysis, condensers are cleaned without needing to cut the flow or deviate the gas stream, since the deposits formed inside tubes of a heat exchange system are cleaned using a part of the fuel obtained. The carbon black obtained is comparable to existing semi-reinforcing carbon blacks. The obtained fuel has a high content of aromatic compounds, and its carbon content is reduced to 3% by weight, up to 0.8% by weight, with respect to fuels obtained in pyrolytic processes, without requiring post-treatment such as distillation processes or catalytic treatment.

In one example, an apparatus includes a voltage-source converter that may have a plurality of switch positions collectively coupled to convert an input to an output. Also, the first and second switches may be coupled in parallel. Abstract: A cable routing system is disclosed having dielectric, or insulating, liner which is installed within a cable routing channel, or raceway, to subdivide the channel into at least two secondary channels. This can achieve more efficient use of space and enable more flexible placement of cables within the channels while meeting safety requirements. Installation of cables into the channel can include inserting the cables into the dielectric liner before the installation of the dielectric liner into the cable routing channel. The cable routing system can be used in an aircraft, including within space-constrained areas of the aircraft such as inside a wing.

Methods for operation of the devices may include measuring a temperature within a source region of the semiconductor device. The methods may include measuring at the semiconductor device an amount of current associated with a short circuit external to the semiconductor device. The methods may include predicting a temperature effect within two regions of the semiconductor device based on a range of distribution of the amount of current between the two regions of the semiconductor device. The methods may include determining a particular distribution of the amount of current between the two regions of the semiconductor device. The methods may also include shutting off the semiconductor device to cause the particular distribution of current between the two regions of the semiconductor device.

This device provides a global constructive system for built-in showers, greater versatility and adaptability to different thicknesses and layers of materials which may be used in the construction of a shower.
