  • Publication number: 20230287465
Abstract: Provided herein are methods and compositions for selective enzyme-based hydrogenation of molecules as an alternative for current chemical catalyst-based methods. These methods include different enzymes and their related processes followed to obtain fully saturated or partially saturated molecules, without producing unwanted stereoisomers, for example trans-fatty acids.

  • Publication number: 20220375539
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include systems and methods that enable the identification of candidate proteins that have desired features of a target protein. An example method comprises receiving first and second input proteins. The method further comprises applying a first machine learning model to the first and second input proteins to generate corresponding fragments. The method further comprises applying a second machine learning model to the fragments, wherein applying the second machine learning model comprises generating an encoded representation in a multidimensional space for each of the fragments. The method also comprises generating a similarity score between the fragments from the first input and the second input. The method then comprises generating a hierarchical scale of similarity between the first and second inputs according to the similarity score and selecting candidate proteins based on the hierarchical scale.

  • Patent number: 11496323
Abstract: Systems and methods for container orchestration security employ one or more processors that separate a lifecycle of one or more containers into a plurality of predefined container image lifecycle phases; segregates control of the plurality of predefined container image lifecycle phases into a plurality of control environments separately controlled by different enterprise control components isolated from one another. In addition, one or more external processors may generate one or more certificates that are based on the platform, state attributes and meta data for interaction of the container with one or more external nodes. The one or more processors may also control the promotion, update and deletion of container images between the plurality of lifecycle phases and registries in different control environments as well as between the enterprise registries and the plurality of other registries that are part of multiple external clouds.
