  • Patent number: 12229822
Abstract: An example method includes receiving merchandise information, and in response, initiating a virtual try-on application running on the computing device to simulate physical application of a real-world product corresponding to the merchandise information onto a portion of a user depicted in visual media. Another example method includes in response to receiving the merchandise information, retrieving an interactive graphical representation of information related to the merchandise information, providing for display an AR graphic overlaid onto a live view within a GUI of the computing device, for a topic of a selected item of the AR graphic, accessing via an AI engine data sources to identify retail information that is both (i) related to the merchandise information and (ii) determined to be related to information in a user profile, and dynamically modifying content and animation of the AR graphic to customize the AR graphic for the user.

  • Publication number: 20230077452
Abstract: An example computer-implemented method for analyzing skin of a user comprises requesting, via a graphical user interface (GUI), visual media including a face of the user, processing the visual media to generate information for each of a plurality of skin conditions of the face of the user and the information comprises a score per each of a plurality of zones of the face of the user per each of the plurality of skin conditions of the face of the user, mapping the score to a severity level associated with the plurality of skin conditions, and for each of the plurality of skin conditions, the GUI overlaying computer graphics at locations onto the visual media corresponding to the plurality of zones of the face of the user. The computer graphics are depicted with a color associated with the severity level for the skin condition at each of the locations.

  • Patent number: 9766210
Abstract: A method for evaluating installation of blind rivets including measuring the “cycle time” represented “y0”, transmitting sound waves through the blind rivet installed in the structure, measuring the “travel time” represented “x0”, relating “travel time” and “cycle time”, and obtaining a pair of times (x0,y0), providing a time relation pattern establishing a borderline between an area of suitable rivets and an area of unsuitable rivets, the border represented y=f(x), so for cycle time values greater than y=f(x), it is considered a “suitable area”, for cycle time values less than y=f(x), it is considered an “unsuitable area”, representing pair (x0,y0) in the graphic representation and verifying if the value of y0 is greater or less than the value of y=f(x0), classifying installation of the rivet as suitable or unsuitable according to the verification.

  • Patent number: 9407356
Abstract: A digital audio system of an aircraft comprising one or more pieces of audio equipment and one or more pieces of radio equipment providing a reliable side tone to the operators. The audio equipment and the radio equipment have installed in the proximity, respectively, an audio-terminal and a radio-terminal connected to a digital network including digital messages management units and digital signal processors. The digital messages management unit of the audio equipment is provided with a computer program adapted to generate a side tone of an analog audio message issued by the microphone of the audio equipment and to activate/deactivate its sending to the headset of the audio equipment when the audio-terminal receives from the radio-terminal an activation/deactivation command for said side tone.

  • Patent number: 9388564
Abstract: A modular adaptable housing architecture for building temporary shelters and residential units in emergency situations is provided and includes an oval cross-section, which can be increased and extended in a flexible manner, involving the mechanically articulated assembly of successive structural modules formed by pairs of crosswise-arranged ovoid frames in order to support a panel-based inner floor slab, with the shell being formed by sheets, while providing a level floor solution in which the floor is elevated above the ground using the curvature of the elliptical supporting section of each frame or retractable supporting parts of the frames. The result is a self-tensioning geometry shelter, which can be adapted to suit the terrain and occupancy requirements, which is stable, strong and environmentally friendly, and which can be transported in disassembled parts and quickly assembled at any location without requiring any additional work and enabling a finish typical of the locality.
