  • Publication number: 20230235809
Abstract: The present invention relates to a shock absorber with multiple damping laws including a regulating body with a primary valve and a secondary valve, and an activating shaft with a plurality of channels, the activating shaft being housed in an axial orifice of a piston pin that incorporates a plurality of orifices intended to align by rotation of the activating shaft with the channels to determine a damping law and, with the second orifice in direct communication with the regulating body, wherein the regulating body includes a floating piston that has a toroidal configuration and is made of an elastic material, so that it gradually transfers a force to the primary valve depending on the pressure to which it is subjected.

  • Patent number: 11511585
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a shock absorber with hydraulic load regulation with a rod ending in a pin, which incorporates a longitudinal channel such that the shock absorber includes a frequency amplifier which, in turn, includes a housing, a floating piston which slides along the inside of the housing achieving a seal, and a pressure control valve, wherein the pressure control valve is configured to open when the amplifier chamber reaches a certain pressure level, enabling the outlet of fluid from the amplifier chamber such that the pressure of the amplifier chamber acts on the floating piston, which moves to regulate the flow of fluid through the piston by means of an elastic element acting on valves.

  • Patent number: 10323712
Abstract: A hydraulic device includes a tubular housing containing a rod to which a plunger is rigidly secured that separates an upper chamber and a lower chamber both filled with a hydraulic fluid such that the plunger and the rod move together in a relative manner axially inside the tubular housing, thereby moving the hydraulic fluid from one chamber to the other and varying the volumes thereof. The hydraulic device further includes a spring that operates under compression resisting the movement of the plunger in one direction when the plunger moves toward a maximum extension position of the hydraulic device. The hydraulic device also includes an open elastic ring, the ends of which define an adjustable intermediate passage for the hydraulic fluid in order to adjust damping at the end of maximum extension of the hydraulic device and in other relative positions.

  • Patent number: 9982738
Abstract: A hydraulic device includes a tubular housing, inside of which a rod is jointly attached to a piston separating upper and lower areas which hold hydraulic fluid so that, as the piston and rod move, the piston and the rod move together relatively and axially inside the tubular housing, displacing the hydraulic fluid inside the tubular housing, flowing from one of the upper and lower areas to the other of the upper and lower areas, and thus changing the respective volumes inside the upper and lower areas. The hydraulic device further includes a modular mechanism located inside the lower area that regulates shock absorption at a maximum level of compression of the hydraulic device, as well as in other relative positions.
