  • Patent number: 5904742
Abstract: A gas filtering device for a light gas tank includes a tank, a control valve, a filter, a position block and a position bolt. The control valve is combined with a center hole of the tank body and has a passageway communicating with a hollow interior of the tank, with the filter positioned under the lower end of the passageway. Thus fuel gas is filtered become pure with water and miscellaneous matters removed by the filter when it flows out, so fuel gas may burn completely, with heat energy elevated in burning.

  • Patent number: 5868271
Abstract: A light gas tank with a safe inlet device includes a ring fixed on an upper surface of a light gas tank. The ring has a center fuel inlet hole, and an inverted L-shaped gas inlet on one side of the wall and an inverted L-shaped passageway on the other side of the wall. An L-shaped air tube is located in a hollow interior of the tank, having its upper end welded with a vertical portion of the gas inlet and air holes in a lower portion. An air pumping device can pump air into an inlet nozzle, the gas inlet of the ring and the L-shaped air tube, and then out of the air holes into the fuel stored in the tank to fuse with the fuel to become fuel gas for use through a control valve fixed on the tank. The pumping device is operated only when fuel gas is to be used, so no large gas pressure is produced in the tank, diminishing potent danger of explosion.

  • Patent number: 5456281
Abstract: A gas regulator with a double pressure adjusting function has a valve body closed with a lower valve lid with two round gas chambers formed in the valve body and the valve lid, each gas chamber having a gas pressure adjuster to adjust pressure of incoming gas. A pressure controller is combined in a gas exit hole of the valve body to block immediately the gas exit hole in case of abnormal gas pressure flowing through the gas exit hole, and a gauge is provided near a gas intake of the valve body to check pressure of gas flowing in the first gas chamber.

  • Patent number: 5203371
Abstract: A gas regulator with several stage adjustments comprises a main body, two regulating bases and two pressure regulators provided in two--one upper and the other lower--chambers in the main body for regulating the pressure in both chambers, two regulator caps to close up a top and a bottom side of the main body, a restoring unit for releasing a stopper in a micro adjusting unit from an opening of a first passageway to restore ordinary gas supply in case of automatic stoppage of the opening by extremely large gas flow caused by leakage, and a micro adjusting unit having the stopper to be adjusted in its position to change sensibility of stopping gas supply in case of disorder.

  • Patent number: 5158107
Abstract: A gas regulator with an adjustable safety device has a main body, and two pressure regulators inside the body to regulate the gas pressure inside the body at a stabilized value to flow to a gas stove or the like. The regulator also has a micro adjusting device to stop gas supply in case of large gas flowing such as gas leakage by a steel ball blocking up an end opening in a tube in the micro adjusting device, and the distance between the steel ball and the end opening in the tube can be adjusted to change sensitivity of the ball so as to acquire the best possible safety for gas leakage. A recovery unit is provided to recover the position of the ball from the end opening in the tube if the ball is sucked to block up the end opening in case of gas leakage.
