Abstract: The present disclosure provides a subscription-based oral health care network that is patient-focused and tied to a patient dental health record (DHR) that can be shared amongst network participants. The network may include many service providers including treating professionals (e.g., doctors, dentist, orthodontists, etc.), retail partners, product suppliers, insurers, oral health experts, logistics and shipping entities, and dental appliance manufacturers.
