Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus for correlating communications measurements are disclosed. In one aspect, a communications measurement of a maintenance entity (ME) is received. The communications measurement is stored and correlated with a maintenance entity group (MEG) identifier and an ME identifier received with the communications measurement. The stored communications measurement is registered with one or more previously received communications measurements. Each previously received communications measurement is associated with an availability indicator corresponding to an availability of the ME at a time the particular communications measurement was obtained. An availability of the ME during a given time interval is determined based on availability indicators of consecutive communications measurements for the ME.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a software architecture for simulation of physical entities. The invention provides an object-oriented container based framework architecture for simulator software implementations, methods, and objects in a time domain on a distributed computer network. The invention further provides an interface system and a plug-in definition which allows compartmentalization of participants in the container and easy extensibility of the system. The invention further provides a system and method for streaming video in a container-based architecture.

Abstract: An apparatus, method, and system for detecting arc-faults in a photovoltaic array are disclosed. Further, the detection not only identifies that an arc-fault is present in the array, but also classifies whether the arc-fault is a series type arc-fault or a parallel type arc-fault. Upon determination of the specific type of arc-fault that is at issue, de-energizing the arc-fault specific to the type is selected and carried out.

Abstract: The various technologies presented herein relate to providing prognosis and health management (PHM) of a photovoltaic (PV) system. A PV PHM system can eliminate long-standing issues associated with detecting performance reduction in PV systems. The PV PHM system can utilize an ANN model with meteorological and power input data to facilitate alert generation in the event of a performance reduction without the need for information about the PV PHM system components and design. Comparisons between system data and the PHM model can provide scheduling of maintenance on an as-needed basis. The PHM can also provide an approach for monitoring system/component degradation over the lifetime of the PV system.

Abstract: The present invention relates to photovoltaic systems capable of identifying the location of an arc-fault. In particular, such systems include a unique filter connected to each photovoltaic (PV) string, thereby providing a unique filtered noise profile associated with a particular PV string. Also described herein are methods for identifying and isolating such arc-faults.

Abstract: A new configuration for film cooling holes for gas turbine airfoils, such as rotor blades and stator vanes, provides both improved performance and is easier to manufacture than prior art holes. The new configuration machines a shallow trench across a row of prior art shaped cooling holes. Unlike prior art holes cut through a trench, where shaped holes are difficult to machine through a trench, the shallow trench can be easily machined across a row of shaped cooling holes.

The method also includes implementing, by the processing device, a build, prepare and distribute functionality to convert the application source code into a build result prepared for distribution as a deployment artifact code.
