  • Patent number: 10454907
Abstract: A computer-implemented system processes secure electronic documents from one or more content providers in accordance with subscriber instructions has a processor and modules operative within the processor. A monitoring module obtains a provider GUID, a subscriber GUID, and a transaction ID from public metadata associated with a transaction received from a particular content provider. A determination module determines any designees of the subscriber and contact information one or more of the subscriber and any designees. A transaction module distributes a transaction addressed to at least one of the subscriber and any designees. Each distributed transaction includes data that is used for management, tracking, and alerting. Also described is a station for constructing transactions for distribution to subscribers through such a system, and management of local-advertising to users of such a system. An end-to-end system and method are described.

  • Patent number: 10305867
Abstract: A content delivery platform is provided that includes generating a first content package of content that is encrypted with a unique symmetric key, and a second content package including a link encrypted with the key to the first content package. The first content package is stored in a repository, and a request including the key is transmitted to a first computing device associated with a mail exchange for an encryption key file. An encryption key file is generated using the unique symmetric key and together with a authorizing token is received. A third content package is generated that is encrypted using the encryption key file and includes the encrypted link. The third content package is transmitted to a distributor gateway and the encrypted link is accessible in response to the consumer decrypting the third content package. The link is available to provide to access to the content for the consumer.

  • Publication number: 20170147588
Abstract: Retention policies are processed and implemented for physical and electronic content. An image file generated from a physical copy of content is both processed and structured to obtain and identify at least a category. Minimum document retention periods are obtained and identified for use with the physical copy of the content and the electronic copy. A location is identified to retain the physical copy with a plurality of other respective documents that each have a respective document retention period, and the physical copy is scheduled to be retained for no shorter than the longest document retention period associated with the plurality of other respective documents. Action to be taken in connection with at least one of the physical copy of the content and the electronic copy of the content is monitored. The physical copy and the electronic copy are retained in accordance with the compliance instructions. Systems and methods are disclosed.
