  • Publication number: 20230100660
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include apparatuses, systems, and methods for assessing collateral ventilation. An illustrative embodiment includes a flexible insertion catheter device includes an outer tube having an inner diameter. The outer tube includes a plurality of ports at a distal end and an occlusion device filling port located proximal from the plurality of ports. Also, the flexible insertion catheter device includes an inner tube receivable within the outer tube. The inner tube includes a flow lumen and an outer diameter less than the inner diameter of the outer tube. The flexible insertion catheter device further includes an occlusion device attachable to the outer tube and configured to selectively seal a bronchial passageway to occlude a lobe of a lung.

  • Patent number: 7281269
Abstract: Methods, data structures, and systems are provided to validate a message. A client receives a message in a first encrypted format. The message is decrypted and transferred to a remote server before being accessed by the client. In one embodiment, the client encrypts the message in a second encrypted format before transferring the message to the remote server. The remote server scans and validates the message and sends a result of the scan to the client. The client removes the message if the result indicates the remote server did not validate the message. Moreover, the client accesses or otherwise consumes the message if the result indicates the message was validated by the remote server.

  • Patent number: 4739755
Abstract: The device relates to a mask worn over a wearer's face for air filtration. The mask has an inturned lip that forms a seal on the edge of the mask with the wearer's face. The mask also has at least two other contact surfaces, internal to the edge seal, which vary in length to increase the seal integrity of the mask. The mask has an exhalation valve in the front in direct line of expelled breath and a plurality of horizontal pleats below the exhalation valve such that the wearer can talk without substantial movement of the sealing edge. The mask also has two inhalation valves on each side, over the cheeks, to allow air to enter the mask.

  • Patent number: 3948327
Abstract: A multiple sectioned agricultural implement having hydraulically powered folding means. A fixed center section and each side having inner wing sections and outer wing sections, each set respectively indentical in structure. Hydraulically powered folding cylinders fold the outer wings over and alongside the inner wings. A hydraulically powered lift cylinder means plumbed in parallel with the fold cylinders lifts the inner wing sections and their respective folded outer wing section to a vertical position. A cross brace member stabilizes the raised wing sections during transport and storage.
