The second layer includes a brush head section, a receptacle section, and a plurality of axially stacked folds. The brush head section cooperates with the first layer to enclose the first portion. The receptacle section cooperates with the first layer to enclose the oral receptacle. The axially stacked folds are disposed between the brush head section and the receptacle section and cooperate with the first layer to enclose the second portion.
