    Abstract: A push block including a heel that has a stored position and an operative position. Accordingly, when the push block is disposed face down on a flat workpiece and the heel is in its stored position, the push block can effectively perform the functions of a flat face push block. When, on the other hand, the heel is disposed in its operative position and the push block is disposed so that the heel can engage an end edge of the workpiece, the push block can effectively perform the functions of a fixed heel push block.
