    Abstract: Collaborative tagging systems and methods for resources are provided. The system comprises a first client and a tagging index server. The first client extracts at least one first resource characteristic of a first resource, wherein the first resource characteristic comprises at least a first tag. The tagging index server receives the first resource characteristic of the first resource from the first client via a network. The tagging index server performs a content based comparison according to the first resource characteristic and at least one second resource characteristic of a second resource, and determines whether to establish an association between the first tag and at least one second tag of the second resource characteristic according to a result of the content based comparison.

    Abstract: Digital content management methods and systems are provided. First, device ID of a first electronic device is received, and a data license including at least the device ID of the first electronic device, and a control license including at least a read authorization for a digital content are generated. Then, the digital content and the control license are packed as a content package, and the content package and the data license are respectively transmitted to the first electronic device. An electronic device determines whether the device ID of the electronic device conforms to the device ID recorded in the data license. If so, the digital content in the content package is allowed to be read according to the control license. A new data license is generated for the digital content according to the device ID of a second electronic device. The new data license is stored to the second electronic device, and the data license in the first electronic device is abrogated.

    Abstract: The invention discloses an advertising apparatus for generating a link corresponding to an advertisement, including a member module and an advertisement generation module. The member module generates a first public member ID for an advertiser account, wherein the advertiser account is logged onto a social networking platform on a first electronic device. The advertisement generation module generates the link including the first public member ID, and transmits the link to the first electronic device through the internet. The link is displayed on an editable space provided by the advertiser account.
