  • Publication number: 20210365831
Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for a tool receiving, from a client device, an indication of a claim. The tool inputs data of the claim into a supervised machine learning model and receiving as output from the supervised machine learning model a complexity of the claim. The tool inputs the data of the claim into an unsupervised machine learning model and receiving as output from the unsupervised machine learning model an identification of a cluster of candidate claims to which the claim belongs. The tool combines complexity and the identification of the cluster into a combined result, and identifies a cell in a matrix corresponding to the combined result. The tool provides, for display at the client device, an identification of the cell, the cell to be emphasized to the user within a display of the matrix.

  • Patent number: 10558627
Abstract: Method and system for cleansing and de-duplicating data in database are provided. The method includes filtering garbage records from a plurality of records based on data fields, and applying cleansing rules to create a cleansed database. A similarity vector is generated, where each vector corresponds to pairwise comparison of distinct data entries in cleansed database. Matching rules are applied to label each vector as one of matched, unmatched and unclassified. The method analyzes the vectors labeled as matched and unmatched to train a machine learning model to identify duplicates in the cleansed database. Unclassified vectors in the cleansed database are labeled as matched or unmatched by applying machine learning model on unclassified vectors. Thereafter, the method processes all the vectors labeled as matched to create clusters of records that are duplicates of each other. Further, records in each cluster are merged to obtain de-duplicated cleansed database using predefined consolidated rules.

  • Publication number: 20170308829
Abstract: Method, system and computer program product for facilitating management of health care risk exposure of an organization are disclosed. The method includes receiving a plurality of records associated with an organization from one or more data sources. Each record includes data corresponding to a health related adverse event. The data is received in a structured form. A set of composite documents is generated from the plurality of records. Each composite document includes information in an unstructured form. If the set of composite documents include instances of duplication of information, then events are created for the instances of duplication of information. The method further includes classifying the created events using a predetermined taxonomy and analyzing the events to facilitate assessment and management of health care risk exposure of the organization.

  • Patent number: 6478937
Abstract: An apparatus and associated method that removes electrolyte solution from a substrate, the apparatus comprises a thrust plate and a substrate extension unit. The thrust plate at least partially defines a spin recess. The substrate extension unit can be displaced between a retracted position and an extended position relative to the spin recess. The substrate extension unit is disposed within the spin recess when positioned in the retracted position. The substrate extension unit at least partially extends from within the spin recess when positioned in the extended position. The substrate is processed by immersing at least a portion of the substrate in a wet solution. The substrate is removed from the wet solution. The substrate extension unit extends into its extended position, and the substrate is spun. Extending the substrate extension unit limits the formation of fluid traps within the substrate holder assembly or between the substrate and the substrate holder assembly.

  • Patent number: 6475357
Abstract: The present invention provides a bladder assembly for use in an electroplating cell. The bladder assembly comprises a mounting plate, a bladder, and an annular manifold. One or more inlets are formed in the mounting plate and are coupled to a fluid source. The manifold is adapted to be received in a recess formed in the lower face of the mounting plate and secures the bladder thereto. Outlets formed in the manifold communicate with the inlets to route a fluid from the fluid source into the bladder to inflate the same. A substrate disposed on a contact ring opposite the bladder is thereby selectively biased toward a seating surface of the contact ring. A pumping system 159 coupled at the backside of the substrate 121 provides a pressure or vacuum condition.

  • Publication number: 20020027071
Abstract: The present invention provides a bladder assembly 130 for use in an electroplating cell 100. The bladder assembly 130 comprises a mounting plate 132, a bladder 136, and an annular manifold 146. One or more inlets 142 are formed in the mounting plate 146 and are coupled to a fluid source 138. The manifold 146 is adapted to be received in a recess 140 formed in the lower face of the mounting plate 132 and secures the bladder 136 thereto. Outlets 154 formed in the manifold 146 communicate with the inlets 142 to route a fluid from the fluid source 138 into the bladder 136 to inflate the same. A substrate 121 disposed on a contact ring 114 opposite the bladder 136 is thereby selectively biased toward a seating surface of the contact ring 119. A pumping system 159 coupled at the backside of the substrate 121 provides a pressure or vacuum condition.
