Abstract: The present subject matter discloses systems(s) and method(s) for processing survey data. According to the present subject matter, the method(s) include providing a first survey question from a set of survey questions, and receiving a first response to the first survey question from a surveyee, and generating an Extensible Markup Language (XML) file for the first response for storing the first response in the XML file. The method further comprises executing a semantic analysis for the first response to determine an evaluation, and generating a second survey question dynamically from the set of survey questions based on the evaluation. The method further comprises receiving a second response to the second survey question and appending the XML file with a second data structure representing the second response, where the appended XML file is transmitted to a server at pre-defined intervals for analysis of the survey data.

The central virtual server (102), comprising: a memory (202) storing instructions; a hardware processor (204) configured by the instructions to: establish a communication link between the central virtual server (102) and location specific client virtual servers (104A-N), a plurality of thin clients (108A-N) that are connected to at least one of the client virtual servers (104A-N), and a plurality of local servers (110A-N), create a plurality of virtual environments based on the established communication link, process an input comprising credentials associated with a user, authenticate the credentials when the credentials match credentials stored in the memory (202), and provide role based privileges to the user for accessing data and an application hosted on one of a virtual environment, a virtual desktop, a client virtual server, and a thin client.

Initially, a mobile agent raises a login request and a customer raises an authentication request through a pre-installed mobile application available on agent device and customer device. The unique identification details of customer device and agent device are stored on the system. The system performs a location match between the customer device and agent device thereafter a session key is generated. The session key is sent in parts to the customer device and mobile devices wherein at the time of authentication of agent device, the system performs a location match, session key match and identification detail match.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to payment cards management systems, and more particularly to credit limit management system and method. In one embodiment, a system comprising: a memory storing instructions, and a processor configured by instructions to determine, during a billing period, an unused credit limit in a fixed credit limit for current month, the unused and fixed credit limit are unique and specific to a payment card, obtain parameters specific to the payment card comprising at least one of an account parameter, a policy parameter provided by a payment card issuing authority, a payment parameter, a spending factor, and a fiscal parameter, compute a credit limit adjustment score based on the parameters and unused credit limit, and set the fixed credit limit to a credit limit for a succeeding month based on at least a portion of the unused credit limit, the parameters and the credit limit adjustment score.

In one embodiment, a request is received, via one or more hardware processors, from a primary electronic device for allowing at least one secondary electronic device to access the financial account based on one or more access rules, where the financial account is associated with a primary user and includes a primary account limit. The at least one secondary electronic device is associated with at least one secondary user. The at least one secondary electronic device is allowed to access, via the one or more hardware processors, the financial account based on the one or more access rules, where the one or more access rules includes at least assigning a secondary account limit to at least one secondary electronic device. The secondary account limit is at least a portion of the primary account limit.

Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic allocation of mobile agents to attend to customer needs by scheduling appointments between customers and mobile agents, the system including a receiving module, a relationship module, a matching module, an assignment module and a calendar module. The receiving module is configured to extract customer needs from received customer requests and the relationship module is configured to extract the relationship scores with respect to customer raising customer requests and the matching module is configured to match customer needs with agent profiles to identify a mobile agent, the identified mobile agent is subjected to determination by assignment module configured to evaluate the appropriateness of identified mobile agent. The calendar module is configured to check availability of mobile agent by prompting the mobile agent to confirm the availability and receiving a conformation from mobile agent in response to prompting and scheduling an appointment of customer with mobile agent.
