Abstract: An automation server receives one or more user inputs from one of a plurality of user devices associated with a user during an online dialog session between the user and an automation agent. The automation server determines a plurality of tasks to be executed based on the one or more user inputs. At least one of the plurality of tasks is executed using a deterministic workflow and at least another one of the plurality of tasks is executed using a dynamic workflow. Subsequently, one or more responses to the one of the plurality of user devices are provided based on the execution.

Abstract: A method implemented by a virtual assistant server comprises: receiving a user input from a user device as part of an automated interaction with the user device. Based on the user input, one or more data chunks are identified from enterprise data. Further, one or more fulfillment types and fulfillment details corresponding to the one or more fulfillment types are determined based on the user input, a transcript of the automated interaction, a description of each of the fulfillment types, a description of each of a plurality of system intents, and the one or more data chunks. Further, one or more responses to the user input are determined by executing one or more fulfillment tasks based on the one or more fulfillment types and the fulfillment details. Subsequently, the virtual assistant server outputs the one or more responses to the user device.

Abstract: A method comprises creating each of the conversation experiments upon generating a first user utterance of each of the conversation experiments based on received data inputs. For each of the conversation experiments the creating further comprises: generating one or more virtual assistant responses/actions or subsequent user utterances based on at least one of the data inputs or a prior version of a current one of the conversation experiments; validating each of the one or more virtual assistant responses/actions or the subsequent user utterances against validation data. Additionally, the current conversation experiment is updated only upon the successful validation of the corresponding one of the one or more virtual assistant responses/actions or the subsequent user utterances. Further, the generating and the validating are repeated until exit condition(s) are satisfied for the current conversation experiment. Subsequently, a virtual assistant model is trained with the created conversation experiments.

Abstract: A virtual assistant server receives conversational inputs as part of a conversation from a customer device and generates a version of a data record of the conversation upon: the receiving of each of the conversational inputs, or receiving each output generated by one of a plurality of software modules when the one of the software modules receives a system input from the conversation management framework. The virtual assistant server provides each of the generated versions of the data record to a communication orchestrator and receives for each of the generated versions of the data record, execution instructions from the communication orchestrator. Further, the virtual assistant server communicates with one or more of the software modules based on the received execution instructions, and provides based on the communicating, one or more of the outputs of the software modules to the customer device, when the one or more of the outputs comprise one or more responses to one or more of the conversational inputs.
