    Abstract: A garment with an integral heater means comprises an outer shell assembly, flexible heating elements, a solar-based recharging means, a controlling means, and a power source. The heater means further comprises a plurality of flexible heater elements located integrally throughout an inner shell assembly affixed to the outer shell assembly. The power source comprises a built-in battery pack which is charged using a plurality of photovoltaic panels via an integral charge controller. The outer shell assembly further comprises a plurality pockets, drawstring closures, and elastic cuffs.
