  • Publication number: 20150294087
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for a high priority incident engagement reporting tool for triage support. The tool reviews triage engagements, generates a report, and directs the report to the appropriate audience for triage. Furthermore, the invention may take incidents from across the entity and weigh the incidents for priority and impact. In this way, the invention receives, weighs, and triages any high priority incident that the entity may encounter. Thus the engagement reporting tool may allow for daily triage reporting in an efficient manner, thus streamlining formatting and sending of high priority incidents to the appropriate audiences.
