Abstract: Disclosed therein is a sliding straw with solid food including: an outer straw (100); an inner straw (200) inserted into the outer straw (100) to keep watertightness; and water-soluble or dispersible solid food (300) inserted into a lower end portion of the outer straw (100), wherein a lower end portion of the inner straw (200) is pushed upwardly from the lower end portion of the outer straw (100) as high as a length that the solid food (300) is inserted, an upper end portion of the inner straw (200) projects a predetermined distance from an upper end portion of the outer straw (100), and the lower end portion of the inner straw (200) pushes the solid food (300) out of the outer straw (100) when the upper end portion of the projecting inner straw (200) is pushed into the outer straw (100).
