  • Publication number: 20210168241
Abstract: A video conference apparatus including an image detection device, a sound source detection device, and a processor and a video conference method are provided. The image detection device obtains a conference image of a conference space. The sound source detection device detects a sound source of the conference space and outputs a positioning signal corresponding to the sound source. The processor receives the conference image and the positioning signal to select a first sub-conference image corresponding to the sound source in the conference image according to the positioning signal. The processor detects a human face image closest to a central axis of the first sub-conference image, selects a second sub-conference image in the conference image by treating the human face image as an image center, and outputs the second sub-conference image. Therefore, an appropriate close-up conference image is automatically generated, so that a favorable video conference experience is provided.

  • Publication number: 20200209725
Abstract: The disclosure provides a projection system and a projection method using the projection system. The projection system can project a projection beam toward the projection target. The projection system includes an image capturing device and a projection device. The image capturing device can capture an appearance image containing the path target as image information. The projection device is electrically connected to the image capturing device. The projection device can provide a projection beam, and the projection beam includes a first beam and a second beam. The path target is located on the transmitting path of the first beam, and the second beam is projected to the projection target. The projection device can adjust the luminous intensity of the first beam according to the image information, so as to reduce the luminous intensity of the first beam.

  • Patent number: 10216331
Abstract: A touch projection system and a touch sensitivity adjusting method thereof are provided. A size of a projected image provided on a screen is varied by the touch projection system according to a distance between a projection apparatus and the screen. The method includes following steps. An image frame including two light spots formed by first and second light sources is captured, and the two light spots are being detected to calculate by a distance therebetween in the image frame. The size of the projected image corresponding to the distance between the two light spots in the image frame is determined according to a look-up table. A sensitivity of a light detecting apparatus performing a touch detection on the projected image is adjusted according to the size of the projected image.

  • Publication number: 20170205961
Abstract: A touch display system and its touch control method are provided. According to a light spot detected when an invisible light curtain is turned on and off, whether the light spot is a reflected light spot generated by a touch object through reflecting the invisible light curtain or/and a self-luminous light spot generated by the touch object is determined. When the invisible light curtain is continuously turned on, the light spot captured by a light detection unit is ignored. After the invisible light curtain is turned off, the light spot is detected. When the light detection unit starts to detect the light spot, if the invisible light curtain is already turned off, the light spot is directly detected. It is likely to effectively distinguish whether the detected light spot is generated by a non-self-luminous or self-luminous touch object, and applicability of the touch display system is further enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20160188111
Abstract: The invention provides an optical touch apparatus including a light curtain generator, a light detection apparatus, and an operation unit, and a touch sensing method thereof. In a predetermined period where no touch object is on the detection surface, the operation unit controls the light curtain generator to generate a light curtain and obtains a first image by using the light detection apparatus, analyzes the first image to obtain an interference signal, and sets an area where the interference signal is located on the detection surface as an interference area. During a touch operation period, the operation unit obtains a second image, analyzes and determines whether a touch object of a touch signal in the second image is located in the interference area, and calculates a respective touch coordinate of the touch object corresponding to the touch signal based on the touch signal not located in the interference area.
