The method includes: scanning a dental state of a patient by using an intraoral scanner; allowing a server to determine to which group of grouped data of the database the scanned dental data belong; allowing the server to refer to data of the determined group, move a tooth needing orthodontics gradually, and generate a predictive digital orthodontic dental data set; allowing the server to transmit the orthodontic-processed digital orthodontic dental data set of a patient to a 3D printer, and allowing the 3D printer to generate and output a dental orthodontic model; and generating a clear aligner by vacuum-compressing a transparent synthetic resin plate to the generated dental orthodontic model through a vacuum former.
