  • Publication number: 20080038885
Abstract: A thin film transistor array panel includes a source electrode and a drain electrode composed of a Mo alloy layer and a Cu layer, and an alloying element of the Mo alloy layer forms a nitride layer as a diffusion barrier against the Cu layer. The nitride layer can be formed between the Mo alloy layer and the Cu layer, between the Mo alloy layer and the semiconductor layer or in the Mo alloy layer. A method of fabricating a thin film transistor array panel includes forming a data line having a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer, the first conductive layer containing a Mo alloy and the second conductive layer containing Cu, and performing a nitrogen treatment so that an alloying element in the first conductive layer forms a nitride layer. The nitrogen treatment can be performed before forming the first conductive layer, after forming the first conductive layer, or during forming the first conductive layer.

  • Publication number: 20070265393
Abstract: The present invention relates to a low-odor thermoplastic resin composition. In particular the resin of the resin composition is prepared by a new bulk polymerization process that is used to reduce the characteristic chemical odor in new cars. The resin minimizes the use of the resin prepared by the conventional emulsion polymerization process, N-substituted maleimide and ?-alkylstyrene-based heat-resistant materials which are used to improve heat resistance and the molecular weight of the matrix of the thermoplastic composition. The resin is also improves impact strength, thereby having reduced characteristic chemical odor, while having superior impact strength and heat resistance.

  • Publication number: 20070222116
Abstract: This invention discloses improvements that can be achieved in thermal or mechanical performance of aerogel composites via densification. Densified aerogels and aerogel composites can display higher compressive strength, modulus, flexural strength, and maintains or insubstantially increases the thermal conductivity relative to the pre-densified form. In the special case of fiber reinforced aerogel composites densification via mechanical compression can prove highly beneficial.

  • Publication number: 20060211840
Abstract: Polyurea aerogels as well as methods for preparing the same are disclosed. One method involves mixing a polyisocyanate with a polyamine in a solvent and supercritically drying the resultant gel. Polyoxyalkyleneamine are a preferred type of the polyamines. Other optional steps for the formation of polyurea aerogels include addition of a catalyst, additives, fiber reinforcement, and aging.
