The electronic device includes a housing having a front surface and a rear surface, a first antenna, a second antenna, a printed circuit board, and an electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding sheet. The first antenna may be disposed inside the housing. The second antenna may be disposed in an area surrounded by a radiator of the first antenna when viewed from above the rear surface. The printed circuit board may include a wireless communication module for operating the first antenna and the second antenna, and may be electrically connected to the first antenna and the second antenna. The first antenna may be positioned between the rear surface and the EMI shielding sheet.
