    Abstract: A protein transduction domain and a fusion compound, which are more efficient, are proposed. As a result of selecting and testing a number of candidate peptides, the present inventors found that a GK1 peptide comprising 18 amino acids and a modified sequence obtained by replacing, adding, or deleting some sequences are bonded to high-molecular-weight materials such as proteins based on the basic sequence of the peptide, thus enabling the high-molecular-weight materials to smoothly penetrate into living bodies, for example, cells, tissues, or blood. A fusion compound, oligonucleotide, or vector using the same may be applied as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases.

    Abstract: A motor driving apparatus and a refrigerator using the same is provided. The refrigerator may include a compressor, a motor, a driving unit, temperature sensing units sensing the temperatures of storage chambers and an external temperature, and a control unit selecting a driving mode of the driving unit based on the sensing result of the temperature sensing units and controlling the driving unit to drive the motor according to the selected driving mode. In a general operation mode, the control unit controls the driving unit to drive the motor in a 120 degree conduction method, and in a power-saving operation mode, the control unit controls the driving unit to drive the motor in a 90 degree conduction method. The refrigerator increases a pulse width of driving current by converting the conduction method of the motor to drive the motor at a low speed during power-saving operation of the refrigerator.

In an expanded configuration, one of the major axis lines can be separated into two parallel lines for putting alignment by sliding the halves of the device apart. The device can be used by placing it on the ground in front of the golfer (between the golfer's feet and the ball. Two lines project outward perpendicular to the direction of play, and two or four lines project into and away from the direction of play. These lines provide alignment for the golfer.
