  • Publication number: 20150192179
Abstract: Dual-wet-clutch (8, 9) transmission (3) for a vehicle gearbox, said dual-clutch (8, 9) transmission (3) being coupled to a drive shaft (12) and being able to receive the torque from the drive shaft (12), also including a hydraulic circuit fed by a pump (20) supplying the pressurized fluid, means for controlling the movement of the clutches (8, 9), belonging to the hydraulic circuit. The means for controlling the movement of the clutches (8, 9) include a proportional flow rate valve (14, 15) for each clutch (8, 9) providing at the output (S1) a hydraulic pressure injected into the clutch (8, 9) against a return force exerted on the clutch (8, 9) by spring means (27, 28), said proportional flow rate valve (14, 15) being closed-loop controlled to adjust the pressure in the output (S1).

  • Patent number: 8245725
Abstract: A pressure relief device usable in a high-pressure fluid circuit for limiting the pressure in the case of a failure of a circuit component is provided, the device includes a body with a pusher sliding therein and axially movable by a spring. A ball seals an orifice connecting a chamber receiving a high-pressure fluid and another chamber. The other chamber includes at least one fluid discharge opening and the ball being held by the spring in a position closing the orifice below a predetermined pressure. The pusher devoid of axial through channels for the fluid, slides in the body and closes at least partially each discharge opening. At least one of discharge openings is connected to an opening also embodied in the body and open at least partially to the opposite side of the pusher.

  • Patent number: 7954785
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic slide valve for controlling flow-rate or pressure comprising at least one movable valve moving from a closed position by contacting a seat and an open position remote therefrom, the displacement of said valve being controlled by a piezoelectric washer.

  • Patent number: 7726329
Abstract: The inventive discharge rate and pressure control solenoid valve (1) is used for a circuit consisting of a low pressure part and a high-pressure part and controls the discharge rate of a low-pressure fluid with the aid of a sliding spool (18) in a liner (22) provided with at least one fluid feeding orifice (20) and one fluid exhausting orifice (21) respectively. Said spool (18) is electrically actuated by means of an electromagnet acting in an opposite direction to recoil means (26) for closing the passage between the feeding (20) and exhausting (21) orifices when a control current for the electromagnet is equal to zero and for gradually opening said passage according to a threshold value of the flow, the pressure control being applicable to a high-pressure fluid.

  • Publication number: 20090217989
Abstract: Pressure relief device (27) usable in a high-pressure fluid circuit for limiting the pressure in the case of a failure of a circuit component, comprising a body (4) and a pusher (3) sliding therein and axially movable by return means (5) in such a way that it drives sealing means (2) of an orifice (9) connecting an upstream chamber (7) receiving a high-pressure fluid and a downstream chamber (10) which is delimited by the body (4), the side of the pusher (3) and the perforated wall of said orifice (9), said upstream chamber (10) comprising at least one fluid discharge opening (12, 12?) and the sealing means (2) being held by the return means (5) in the position closing the orifice (9) below a predetermined pressure threshold in the upstream chamber (7).
