Each bracket has a first branch configured to be fastened to one of the clips and a second branch provided with a slot. The member that contours at least a portion of one of the aircraft frames includes a base and two arms. Each arm has a free end forming a securing lug configured to be inserted into the slot of one of the brackets with a flange which forms a stop countering displacement of the securing lug once the latter is inserted into the slot.
