  • Patent number: 4782343
Abstract: A device for eliminating fixed echoes in a pulse radar. The device is provided with a demodulator unit where intermediate frequency signals of the radar are demodulated into video-frequency signals. The video-frequency signals are utilized in a utilizing unit provided with a display unit. A processing unit of the video-frequency signals is connected between the demodulator means and the utilizing unit. The processing unit is constituted with a range unit sampling circuit, a Doppler filtering unit and a video-frequency signal dynamic compressing unit connected in series.

  • Patent number: 4600117
Abstract: A food container comprises a bottom (3) which is substantially rectangular and which has outwardly flared walls (4) rising therefrom and terminating in a substantially rectangular opening (7). The tops of the walls are outwardly surrounded by a horizontal rim (5) which is rectangular in shape and they are capped by a vertical rib (6) extending above the rim (5). The container has a cover (2) having a horizontal rim (8) and a vertical rib (9) extending downwardly therefrom suitable for engaging around the vertical rib (6) of the container (1). The vertical ribs (6, 9) being of substantially the same height on the container (1) and the cover (2). The vertical rib (6) on the container (1) is provided with notches (12) on at least two sides thereof, and the vertical rib (9) of the cover is provided with outwardly offset lengths (16) of reduced height disposed opposite the notches (12) in one position of the cover ( 2) and not disposed opposite the notches (12) in a second position of the cover (2).

  • Patent number: 4286713
Abstract: A cover (1) for a standard container (2), has a substantially rectangular bottom (3) and a substantially rectangular opening (4) at the top. The cover (1) includes lower rib portions (6) which are disposed in a substantially rectangular configuration with rounded corners which fit into the opening (4) of the container (2) and upper rib portions (8) which are disposed in a rectangular configuration dimensioned almost similar to those of the set of lower rib portions (6). The rib portions (6,8) are separated by gaps (7,9) which allow easy washing, and the gaps (7) of one set of rib portions (6) are not adjacent to the gaps (9) of the other set of rib portions (8). To make it easier to grip the cover (1), a portion of its edge is raised to form a handle (10) adjacent to a rib portion (8) of the upper set. Stacking of containers on covers and stacking of covers one on another is thereby greatly facilitated.

  • Patent number: 4222049
Abstract: To eliminate fixed echoes at the receiver of a pulse radar, incoming i-f signals are demodulated, subjected to Doppler filtering, centered and bottom-clipped to eliminate those whose amplitudes lie below a certain threshold. The centering operation and/or the magnitude of the threshold are controlled automatically as a function of the amplitude of the incoming signals as measured upstream of the Doppler filter.
