    Abstract: This invention relates to a protective box for the sterilization of organic material. The box includes a box body adapted to receive and immobilize a packing, a box lid fitting on the body and forming, internally, at least one protuberance for cooperation with the capsule of the packing, removable connecting means designed to bring the body and the lid relatively closer axially when the box is closed, and at least one opening provided in the body and/or the lid to place the inner volume of the closed box in relation with the ambiant medium. The invention is more particularly applicable to bone transplants.
