    Abstract: There is provided a system and a method for displaying information related to a video feed on a user interface. The video feed corresponding to video captured by a video camera provided at a first location is received and displayed in a first region of the user interface, the user interface rendered on a display of a client device located remotely from the video camera. A video timeline associated with the video feed is displayed in a second region of the user interface. At least one user interface element is superimposed on at least the video timeline and is indicative of occurrence of at least one event associated with the video feed, a position of the at least one user interface element on the video timeline corresponding to a time of occurrence of the at least one event.
