Abstract: A method of three-dimensionally reconstituting the shape of a singular body in a reference coordinate system and on the basis of initial imaging data acquired by an imaging system of the scanner or MRI type, wherein the method includes the steps of, constituting an approximate three-dimensional model of the singular body on the basis of a parameterizable generic model that is modified as a function of descriptive parameters derived from said initial data, and correcting the approximate model by comparing it (2) with the initial imaging data (D).
