    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and to a system for producing hydrocarbons from marginal offshore fields. The invention includes a baseplate (2) fastened to the bottom and a small-size floating support (9) anchored to the baseplate by tendons (10). The baseplate comprises locations (31) for wellheads (7,8) and at least one receptacle (22,32) for a pumping device (21). The floating support comprises hoisting device allowing workover operations in the wells and maintenance operations on the pumping device to be performed.
