  • Publication number: 20240101046
Abstract: A trim element having a wire element and a guiding device. A mobile portion of the wire element moves between a deployed position, wherein the mobile portion extends along a first path, and a retracted position, wherein the mobile portion extends along a second path. The guiding device includes a guide surface, with the mobile portion being separated from the guide surface in the deployed position and matching the shape of the guide surface in the retracted position. The guiding device has a constraint element movable between a separated position and a constraint position, wherein the constraint element moves the mobile portion toward the guide surface.

  • Patent number: 6289610
Abstract: A sport boot sole having at least one arrangement for connecting the boot to a sport article along an axis substantially transverse to the longitudinal axis of the boot, this connecting arrangement having an anchoring device in the sole, wherein the anchoring device is arranged along a plane essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the sole and is independent. Advantageously, each connecting arrangement is constituted by a substantially U-shaped buckle having a transverse arm defining the articulation axle and two lateral arms, and each lateral arm is anchored along a substantially vertical direction inside the sole.

  • Patent number: 6286855
Abstract: Sports footwear such as a boot comprising a rigid base (2) and an upper (3), and engageable with a ski or the like (6) on which the boot is to be supported and retained, while also enabling walking under favourable conditions. The boot is provided with a walking sole and comprises bearing surfaces (12, 13) recessed into the rigid base relative to the sole surface. The bearing surfaces (12, 13) are engageable, directly or via a cradle (7), with the top surfaces of projections (16, 17) on the ski, whereby the boot/ski and boot/ground interfaces are separate.

  • Patent number: 6017042
Abstract: An apparatus for retaining a boot on a glide plate especially adapted for snowboarding, the boot including an upper affixed to a sole adapted to cooperate with the board. The apparatus includes a longitudinal positioning and retention device for the boot thereupon, such device being obtained in a complementary manner in a front lateral zone and a rear lateral zone and in the corresponding zones of the sole. Also, the transverse axes of the front and rear retention devices are spaced apart by a distance that is common to at least two boot sizes, enabling the length of the boot to be released and allowing the front and rear ends of the boot to be freed of all retention elements with respect to the board, such elements extending exclusively in a lateral direction with respect to the sole.

  • Patent number: 5899483
Abstract: A device for retaining a boot on a gliding board. The device includes in particular a dorsal support element and a base, the dorsal support element being journalled on the base along a substantially transverse Y-Y' axis of the device, wherein at least one control device generates a journal movement of the dorsal support element with respect to the base along the Y-Y' axis, from an opening position toward a closing position in a rear-to-front direction, when the sole of the boot is displaced toward the board during affixation of the boot, wherein an elastic element biases the dorsal support element along the Y-Y' axis in a front-to-rear direction, wherein a stop limits the movement of the dorsal support element in the front-to-rear direction, and wherein the dorsal support element has a scallop at the level of the heel of the boot.
