    Abstract: The pneumatic element which causes partial opening of the choke valve is connected to the intake pipe by a duct having a calibrated restriction. The duct opens into the pipe at a point which is located downstream of the throttle valve under all operating conditions and at another point which is downstream of the throttle when the latter is in the "cold" minimum opening position.
